Job Description:
1. Email Support
- Check and respond to emails (Within 1 hour)
- Record received cases in an online form
- Follow up on email cases
2. Skype Support
- Check and respond to Skype messages
- Record received cases in an online form
- Follow up on Skype cases
3. CCTV Support
- Check and respond to CCTV issues
- Record received cases in an online form
- Follow up on CCTV cases
4. Update IT equipment handling processes
5. Update IT case handling processes
6. Update software/hardware troubleshooting steps
7. Update recently introduced processes
8. Relay the latest information from management to the team
9. Review and escalate cases requiring high attention
10. Make decisions on complex cases
11. Assign tasks to team members
12. Update information on new software
13. Update information on new processes
14. Monitor and respond to WhatsApp group chat
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Information Technology or related field
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English (Spoken & Written)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Must willing to work at MR DIY HQ, Seri Kembangan
