A) Officer
Job Descriptions:
- Receive and compile MS Excel files from all assigned Stores.
- Follow up the tasks and reply to all messages using Google Chat.
- Perform Data Entry into the system, managing Data Quality and Accuracy.
- Record store-provided ARN details in MS Excel for proper documentation.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Academic qualification of SPM & above
- Basic knowledge in MS Excel and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills for managing feedback and reporting issues.
- Able to work at Kawasan Perindustrian Balakong
B) Senior Officer
Job Descriptions:
- Receive MS Excel file from all Stores in Skype.
- Print out damaged item list and send to QM Store for checking.
- Pump file into the system.
- Receive ARN from Stores and key in to excel system for record.
- Follow up the tasks and reply all messages in Skype.
- Key in data and do checking.
- Check the emails of issue feedback.
- Handle the quality issues received.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any field of studies
- At least 1 year of working experience in Quality Management related job is preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Mandarin (Written & Spoken) as the role is required to liaise with Mandarin speaking suppliers
- Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially in MS Excel.
- Good Communication skill
- Possess own transportation
- Good time management
- Willing to learn new skill(s)
