A) Officer

Job Descriptions: 

  • Receive and compile MS Excel files from all assigned Stores.
  • Follow up the tasks and reply to all messages using Google Chat.
  • Perform Data Entry into the system, managing Data Quality and Accuracy.
  • Record store-provided ARN details in MS Excel for proper documentation.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior. 

Requirements:

  • Academic qualification of SPM & above
  • Basic knowledge in MS Excel and data entry.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills for managing feedback and reporting issues.
  • Able to work at Kawasan Perindustrian Balakong 

 

B) Senior Officer

Job Descriptions:

  • Receive MS Excel file from all Stores in Skype.
  • Print out damaged item list and send to QM Store for checking.
  • Pump file into the system.
  • Receive ARN from Stores and key in to excel system for record.
  • Follow up the tasks and reply all messages in Skype.
  • Key in data and do checking.
  • Check the emails of issue feedback.
  • Handle the quality issues received.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in any field of studies
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Quality Management related job is preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (Written & Spoken) as the role is required to liaise with Mandarin speaking suppliers
  • Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially in MS Excel.
  • Good Communication skill
  • Possess own transportation
  • Good time management
  • Willing to learn new skill(s)
