Description:
1) Front Desk
-
Greet and welcome vendor/visitors to highest standard.
-
Usher vendor/visitors to Discussion/Meeting Room.
-
Answer/Transfer/Forward calls to respective Department or general inquiry.
2) Meeting Arrangement
-
Booking/Record & Update all meeting rooms for all respective department via “I – calendar”.
-
Prepare for Corporate, Management & Investor Meeting.
3) Main Set Up
-
Set up for Laptop, Projector & “Life-Size” System conference.
4) Mail Room (Assistance)
-
Receiving, Collecting, Sorting, Deliver & Data Entry all document.
5) All related Admin Department (Request by Head of Department)
Requirements:
-
Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.

SPM with relevant experience may also be acceptable.
-
1–2 years in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role.
-
Experience handling meeting logistics and basic technical setups is a plus.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Friendly and professional manner for dealing with guests.
-
Strong attention to detail, scheduling, and coordination.
-
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar), and familiarity with AV equipment setup.

Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
