Receptionist (Senior Officer)

Description:

1) Front Desk

  • Greet and welcome vendor/visitors to highest standard.

  • Usher vendor/visitors to Discussion/Meeting Room.

  • Answer/Transfer/Forward calls to respective Department or general inquiry.

2) Meeting Arrangement

  • Booking/Record & Update all meeting rooms for all respective department via “I – calendar”.

  • Prepare for Corporate, Management & Investor Meeting.

3) Main Set Up

  • Set up for Laptop, Projector & “Life-Size” System conference.

4) Mail Room (Assistance)

  • Receiving, Collecting, Sorting, Deliver & Data Entry all document.

5) All related Admin Department (Request by Head of Department)

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.

  • SPM with relevant experience may also be acceptable.

  • 1–2 years in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role.

  • Experience handling meeting logistics and basic technical setups is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Friendly and professional manner for dealing with guests.

  • Strong attention to detail, scheduling, and coordination.

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar), and familiarity with AV equipment setup.

  • Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
