DIY "BACK TO SCHOOL" SWEEPSTAKES

 

MRDIY TIENDAS S.L.U., with registered office at Travesera de Gracia, 11, piso 5, Barcelona 08021, and with CIF B-06793269, organizes and manages, for promotional purposes and under its trademark "MR. DIY" (hereinafter, "MRDIY"), the sweepstakes "BACK TO SCHOOL" (hereinafter, 'the promotion') nationwide to be carried out through the Internet, exclusively for adults in accordance with the provisions of the section on conditions for participation. Minors will not be allowed to participate, unless they have the permission of their parent(s) or legal guardian(s).

 

 

Among all those who participate in the promotion through Instagram and meet the requirements requested to participate, 4 packs of back to school products will be raffled.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION

 

Participation in this promotion implies the acceptance of each and every one of the terms and conditions included in these legal bases. Non-acceptance of these terms and conditions will result in the exclusion of the participant.

 

MRDIY reserves the right to eliminate any participant who defrauds, alters or disables the good functioning and the normal and regulatory course of the promotion. Likewise, MRDIY, may, in the case of detecting a fraudulent participation, modify the present bases in those provisions that were pertinent to achieve the correct operation of the promotion.

 

FIRST. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

 

This promotion is valid for all those persons of legal age who meet the requirements mentioned above. In the case of minors, they must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate and to collect the prize.

 

Incompatibility: All persons belonging to the organization, as well as their relatives, are expressly excluded from participating in this sweepstakes.

 

SECOND. MECHANICS OF PARTICIPATION AND DURATION

 

Requirements to participate in the promotion through Instagram:

 

Be a follower of the profile of MR. DIY (@mrdiy.spain) on Instagram.

-Like' the publication

-Mention 2 friends in comments along with the hashtag #vueltaalcoleconMRDIY.

Among all the people who meet the requirements of the promotion, a sweepstakes will be held through the platform " https://commentpicker.com/".

 

The Participant may accumulate as many participations as he/she wishes during the duration of the promotion, provided that they are non-repeated responses and that he/she has previously complied with the rest of the requirements of this section.

 

Instagram accounts with no activity on their profile (i.e. with zero publications or only commercial publications) will not be accepted, nor will they be accepted through private profiles that do not allow the Participant's identity to be verified.

 

The "Back to School" campaign will run from Aug 29, 2022 until 23:59 on September 8, 2022.

 

If for reasons of force majeure it is necessary to postpone, modify, cancel or repeat the promotion, you will be notified of this fact by the same means that you have been notified of this promotion, giving the modification the same degree of publicity as this promotion contest.

 

THIRD PRIZE

 

Among all the participants that meet the participation requirements, four draws will be made to select the winners.

 

FOURTH. CELEBRATION OF THE DRAWING

 

The drawing will be held on Monday, September 9 and the winners will be published on the same day.  The deadline to claim the prize of each draw and provide personal data will be from the publication of the winner until 7 calendar days later.

 

In the event that the winning person does not show up or does not accept the prize within the established period from its publication on MRDIY's social network profiles, the prize will go to the next person on the list of alternates.

 

FIFTH. PUBLICATION OF THE WINNERS AND COMMUNICATION OF THE PRIZE

 

MR.DIY, will communicate the name of the winner of the draw through its different profiles in social networks, and may also use other means that MRDIY deems appropriate.

 

The winners will be announced by MRDIY through the social media platform (Instagram) and the winners will contact MRDIY for the delivery of the prize within a maximum of 7 calendar days. After this period, it will be understood the non-acceptance of the prize and it will go to the next person on the list of alternates.

 

SIXTH. PRIZE DELIVERY

 

The prize will be delivered in the store MR. DIY BRAVO MURILLO store located at C/Bravo Murillo, 189, Madrid. MRDIY undertakes to send the prize by post to the winners as long as they are unable to access the store indicated above. In the event that the winner indicates collection of the prize in store and does not collect the prize within the agreed deadlines, 15 days after announcing it MRDIY on their social media platforms, they will automatically lose their right to it, becoming available to MRDIY.

 

SEVENTH. PARTICIPATION

 

Participation in this promotion implies unreserved acceptance of these rules and MRDIY's decisions regarding the resolution of any issue arising from this contest.

 

EIGHTH. ASSIGNMENT OF THE PRIZE

 

The prize of this promotion, in no case may be subject to alteration or economic compensation at the request of the winner.

 

The prize is not exchangeable for cash or any other item.

 

The prize cannot be resold.

 

The prize is not transferable. If a winner chooses not to accept the prize for any reason, no compensation will be offered.

 

MRDIY reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if the prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason.

 

NINTH. VERACITY OF THE DATA

 

The data provided by the participants must be truthful. In case they are false, the prizes that would have corresponded to them will be attributed to the substitutes.

 

TENTH. FACEBOOK (Goal)

 

The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated in any way by Facebook (Meta), so participants release them from any liability for any damages arising from it.

 

ELEVENTH. CLAIMS

 

The claim period on the result of the draw will end after seven (7) calendar days from the date of each draw.
