LEGAL BASES OF THE “GRAND OPENING EVENT: FREE GIFT FOR PURCHASE PROMOTION

1.- PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTION

1.1. MRDIY TIENDAS S.L.U., with registered office at Travesera de Gracia, 11, piso 5, Barcelona 08021, and with CIF B-06793269 (hereinafter, "the ORGANIZER"), will organize and manage under its commercial brand "MR. DIY” (hereinafter, “MRDIY”) a promotion consisting of the gift of an umbrella from MR. DIY or a set de Tupperware for a minimum purchase of €10, which will be developed in accordance with the provisions of these rules, to thank the trust and loyalty of MRDIY customers.

2.- TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION

2.1. The PROMOTION will take place exclusively in C/ Vitoria, 192. 09007 Burgos. 

2.2. The PROMOTIONAL PERIOD is set on the following dates: from November 16th - 19th, 2022.

3.- PARTICIPATION

3.1. All individuals over 18 years of age who place an order for an amount equal to or greater than €10 within the PROMOTIONAL PERIOD of any of the products in the MR physical store will participate in the PROMOTION MR. DIY en la calle Vitoria, 192 09007 Burgos.

3.2. The participation of those people who have requested the return of their order before the promotion is carried out will not be taken into account.

3.3. In the event that any of the persons excluded from participation is the winner, they will lose their right to obtain the prize obtained, proceeding to deliver the prize to the next person who meets the conditions of valid participation from among the designated substitutes.

4.- PROMOTION PRIZE:

4.1. The total set of gifts of the PROMOTION consists of 500 sets of Tupperware or 500 umbrellas of MR. DIY, which will be delivered to all customers who make a minimum order and who meet the requirements established in the Base.

4.2. During the PROMOTIONAL PERIOD established in base 2.2. Umbrellas or Tupperwares will only be delivered to the first 250 customers per day  who place their minimum order during the promotional period.

4.3. During the PROMOTIONAL PERIOD established in base 2.2. Only one umbrella or one set of TupperWare per customer will be delivered, regardless of the number of orders the customer has placed during the promotional period.

The first 250 customers per day who place their minimum order, during the promotional period, will receive a set of Tupperware or an umbrella from MR. DIY unless they previously renounce the gift.


5.- PROMOTION MECHANICS

5.1. Each person who wishes to participate in the PROMOTION must place a minimum order of €10, within the PROMOTIONAL PERIOD, of any of the products in the physical store MR. DIY Vitoria, 192 09007 Burgos.

5.2. Simply placing an order under the terms described in the previous section and being one of the first 250 customers per day means direct participation in the PROMOTION.

5.3. The PROMOTION will be entered as many times as orders are placed within the PROMOTIONAL PERIOD, but only one prize will be awarded per contestant.

5.4 To redeem the umbrella gift you need to perform the following steps:

1) Make the minimum order within the promotional period and show the purchase receipt at the Cashier.

2) Scan the QR code at the MR information point. DIY enabled for promotion.

3) Fill in the redemption form and accept.

4) Pick up the umbrella or the set of Tupperware.
