Job Description

Location Mapping

• Creating a database for existing stores, both on the dashboard and Google Maps
• Providing a database of potential locations per province, city, district, sub-district, and smallest region on the dashboard and Google Maps based on population and indicators for selecting BD locations

Location Analysis

• Analyzing store performance within 6 months of opening against sales targets and the indicators used for BD location selection
• Analyzing sales achievement versus rental prices in each location (per region)

Checklist Locations

• Reviewing and compiling completeness of legal documents from each location

Weekly and Monthly Activity

• Providing weekly and monthly reports covering location mapping, location analysis, and checklist locations to the BD Senior Manager and BD-HOD

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor Degree, majoring in Urban Planning
• Min. 3 years of experience in business development
• Have experience in real estate and retail background
• Good in data and reporting
• Proficient using Excel
