Job Description
- Organizational Design: Advising the management and executive team on structure, scaling, and succession planning.
- Cultural Guardianship: Defining and championing the company’s core values to ensure a healthy, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilizing HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) data to track turnover, engagement, and hiring metrics to inform business decisions.
- Supporting Total Rewards & Compensation by Ensuring salaries and benefits are competitive within the industry and designing programs
- Risk Management: Ensuring the company adheres to local, state, and federal labor laws and health and safety (OSHA) standards across multiple jurisdictions.
- Conflict Resolution: Acting as a neutral party to resolve complex workplace disputes or sensitive internal investigations.
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor Degree of any major
- Min. 15 years experience in HR Operation / HRIS/ Industrial relation from Retail or Logistic Industries
- Familiar with HRIS and labor law
- Good in data analytics, reporting and presentation
- Good communication and team work
- Willing to travel
