Job Description

• Act as advisor for operational departments, translating financial data into actionable business insights
• Evaluate business cases, potential growth, and cost-saving initiatives using financial models and scenario analysis
• Track departmental KPIs alongside financial performance to identify inefficiencies and opportunities
• Conduct backward-looking variance analysis and forward-looking forecasts to determine action plans and mitigate potential risks
• Act as the bridge between financial and operational metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Management, or related fields
• Min. 3 years of experience in related fields
• Experience and knowledge in financial modeling, scenario and sensitivity analysis, data analysis and visualization, and executive-level presentation skills
• Willing to do offline interview and work full WFO
