Job Description
- Ensure compliance with labor law and internal HR policies
- Lead recruitment, training and employee development process based on needs and partner request
- Develop and manage comprehensive development programs to improve employee soft and hard skill
- Manage employee relations, including contract administration, company policy enforcement and resolution of internal issues as well as overseeing terminations
- Handle complex employee relations and labor issues
- Maintain HRIS data valid and updated
- Collaborate with other HR Department to improve HRIS Performance
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor Degree of Management / Law / Human Resource / Psychology
- Min. 5 years experience as HR Operation / Industrial Relation / HRBP from retail or logistic industry
- Familiar with HRIS, Industrial Relation, HR Operation, Recruitment
- Good communication and team work
- Detail oriented and flexible personalities
