Job Description
  • Ensure compliance with labor law and internal HR policies
  • Lead recruitment, training and employee development process based on needs and partner request
  • Develop and manage comprehensive development programs to improve employee soft and hard skill
  • Manage employee relations, including contract administration, company policy enforcement and resolution of internal issues as well as overseeing terminations
  • Handle complex employee relations and labor issues
  • Maintain HRIS data valid and updated
  • Collaborate with other HR Department to improve HRIS Performance
Requirements
  • Min. Bachelor Degree of Management / Law / Human Resource / Psychology
  • Min. 5 years experience as HR Operation / Industrial Relation / HRBP from retail or logistic industry
  • Familiar with HRIS, Industrial Relation, HR Operation, Recruitment
  • Good communication and team work
  • Detail oriented and flexible personalities
