Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with labor law and internal HR policies
  • Lead recruitment, training, and employee development process based on needs and partner request
  • Develop and manage comprehensive development programs to improve employee’s soft and hard skill
  • Manage Employee Relations, including contract administration, company policy enforcement, and resolution of internal issues, as well as overseeing terminations
  • Handle complex employee relations and labor issues
  • Maintain HRIS data valid and updated
  • Collaborate with other HR Department to improve HRIS Performance
Requirements:
  • Min. 5 years of working experiences
  • Bachelor degree in any related fields
  • Preferably has a retail background
