Job Description
- Organizing internal and external training (In-class, online, blended learning)
- Managing training vendors and external trainers
- Delivering training module to support business
- Preparing reports and recommendation for the improvement program
Requirements
- Bachelor degree of any major
- Having 3-4 years experience in Learning and development
- Having training certification will be advantage
- Willing to be place in Medan (Full WFO)
