• Conducting visits and checking service standards at stores
• Conducting and reporting Mystery Shopping and observation activities
• Inspecting store infrastructure to ensure a comfortable shopping environment for customers
• Handling complaints in the store
• Developing a customer-centric culture across the organization
• Training and delivering customer service excellence training
• Conducting and reporting Customer Satisfaction Surveys
• Contributing to product sales

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor Degree of any major
• Min. 2 years of experience in customer service or retail operations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Computer proficiency
• Willing to be relocated anywhere in Indonesia
• Willing to work six days a week
