Job Description

• Create and compile display evidence by store level, aligned with the VM Guideline
• Coordinate display implementation readiness by store level
• Recap daily/weekly implementation per display project
• Track branding maintenance submissions
• Compile the VM product list and coordinate with the store team and cross-department stakeholders
• Create and maintain the VM database and weekly progress, aligned with the VM Team
• Handle project administration submission processes (quotation, budget, contract, PR, PO, invoice, payment, etc.)
• Maintain and monitor all production orders and deployment

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor Degree from any major
• Familiar with POSM materials and simple creative apps is a plus
• Familiar with data management tools and Excel formulas
• Good communication and time management
