This Grand Opening Event: Gift With Purchase [“Promotion”] is organised by MRDIY Turkey Ev Gereçleri ve Yapı Malzemeleri İthalat Anonim Şirketi [“the Organiser”].

 

This Promotion will be governed by the following Terms [“Terms"] and entrants agree that they have read and understood these Terms and by their participation in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Terms as well as the Terms and Conditions from the Organiser with its registered office address at Esentepe Mah. Büyükdere Cad. Ferko Signature Blok No: 175 İç Kapı No: 7 Şişli/İstanbul.

 

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion [“Terms and Conditions”] at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the MR. DIY Social Media Platform or MR.DIY Official Website.

 

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. The Organiser and the participants agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Turkey in relation to any disputes arising therefrom.

 

Eligibility

1. This Promotion is open to all residents of Turkey who are 18 years and above of age as at the date of participation of this Promotion with a valid ID card and address in Turkey. By participating in the Promotion, each participant represents and warrants that he/she has met the eligibility criteria set out under these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify and/or exclude any entries from the Promotion, for any reason and for no reason, including without limitation, violation of any portion of these Terms and Conditions.

Duration

1. The duration of this Promotion is 72 hours starting from Grand Opening date announced by the Organiser [“the Promotion Period”].
2. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Promotion Period, mechanics and gifts at any time. All entries received outside the Promotion Period will be disqualified.

Promotion Mechanics

1. Participants must follow the instructions indicated in the Promotion announcement by the Organiser whether on official social media pages or offline printed materials.
2. Limited to one (1) entry per person.
3. One cane umbrella or a storage box set (colour may vary) will be given as a gift for every 125 TL purchase.
4. Participants can receive their gifts with the purchase of the specified amount (if stocks are available, stocks are limited to 400 for 3 days).

 

Gifts

Participants are subjected to the following conditions herein:

1. There is only ONE (1) gift awarded to ONE (1) family.
2. The Organiser shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the gifts, at any time without prior notice. All gifts are not exchangeable for cash, credit, other items, in part or in full.
3. All gifts are accepted entirely at the risk of the participant and are awarded by the Organiser and/or sponsors on an “as is” basis and without any warranty of any kind express or implied.
4. All participants must abide by the Terms and Conditions of the party [ies] arranging and/or providing for the gifts and the terms and conditions attached to the gifts, if any.
5. Other expenses, including but not limited to, the travelling insurances, meals and other travelling expenses and costs of personal nature that may be incurred by the participants are not included in the gift which shall be borne by the participants.

 

Liability & Responsibility

1. By entering the Promotion or accepting the gifts, participants shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, damage, claim or accidents [including death] resulting from their participation in this Promotion, redemption, and/or utilization of the gifts and that the participants agree that no claim relating to such losses or injuries (including special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against the Organiser, its parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind resulting from the Promotion and acceptance of any gifts, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.
2. All transportation, accommodation, personal costs, and/or any other costs, fees, and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in this Promotion is the sole responsibility of the participant[s].
3. The Organiser is also not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, the user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet.
4. By fulfilling the online form related to this Promotion, the participant agrees and warrants that he or she shall not submit any content:

1. 1. that is hateful, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence, or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence;
   2. that violates any law, statute ordinance, or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination, or false advertising); that is, or may reasonably be considered to be, defamatory, libelous, hateful, racially or religiously biased or offensive, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing to any individual, partnership or corporation;
   3. on behalf of any merchant or manufacturer, or for which the participant was compensated or granted any consideration by any third party;
   4. that includes any information that references other addresses, email addresses, contact information, or phone numbers;
   5. or that contains any computer viruses, worms, or other potentially damaging computer programs or files.

 

Rights of the Organiser

1. By participating in the Promotion, the participants' grants to the Organiser the right to take and/or use the names and/or photographs and/or content submitted by the participants as materials for the purposes of advertising, trade, and/or publicity, without any prior notice to the participants and the participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the materials.
2. The Organiser reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant that is found or suspected of tampering with the Promotion submission process, the operation of this Promotion. The Organiser reserves the right to terminate the participation of any person who it reasonably suspects has violated or infringed any of these general Terms and Conditions and the Organiser reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual it believes has undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to this Contest, the Promotion submission process.
3. The Organiser’s decisions are final with respect to any aspect of the Promotion, including without limitation, the determination of the participants. No queries, correspondences or appeals may be made or entertained regarding the Organiser’s

 

Technical Requirements

1. The Organiser is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, the user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telecommunication network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet and/or telecommunication networks.

       2. The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel this Promotion in the event that it becomes incapable of running as planned, technically interfered or corrupted, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Organiser, despite the best efforts of the Organiser.
