Job Descriptions: 
1. Document management. Ensuring proper filing and organization of office documents.
2. Invoice verification. Ensuring the invoice is tally with quotation.
3. Coordinate between IT and other departments
4. Assist on recruitment & onboarding
5. Managing office supplies

 

Job Requirements:
1. Organizational Skills. Able to keep records organized
2. Communication Skills. Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
3. Attention to Detail. Admins often handle sensitive information and must be meticulous in their work to avoid errors
4. Discretion: Given their access to sensitive information, admins need to maintain confidentiality and handle information responsibly
5. Computer Proficiency: Knowledge of office software (eg: Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace) is often required
