Where can I apply for MR.DIY Club Membership?
You can apply for MR.DIY Club membership by downloading the MR.DIY Club app from the App Store or Google Play Store and completing the registration process.
Do I have to pay for the membership?
No. MR.DIY Club membership is completely free.
Can I use my membership in both offline and online stores?
Yes. Your MR.DIY Club membership can be used at participating MR.DIY physical stores and supported online platforms, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
May I share my membership QR with others for benefits?
No. Membership benefits are strictly for the registered member only. Sharing your QR code or account details is not allowed.
Can I deactivate my MR.DIY Club membership?
Yes. You may request to deactivate your membership by contacting customer support. Once deactivated, your points and benefits will no longer be accessible.
How do I update my member details?
You can update your personal details such as name under the My Profile section in the app.
Can I access MR.DIY Club membership app on different devices?

Points
How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point for every RM1 spent on eligible purchases at MR.DIY stores and selected events or promotions. Points will be credited to your MR.DIY Club account after a successful transaction.
When will my points be credited?
Points are usually credited after a successful transaction. In some cases, there may be a short delay before points appear in your account.
Do points expire?
Yes. Points are valid for a limited period. Please refer to the expiry date shown in the app for your point balance.
Can I earn loyalty points on all purchases?
Most of your purchases will earn points, but there are a few exceptions. Points will not be awarded for the following items: plastic bags, credit top-ups (mobile reloads, gift cards, or prepaid card tops-ups), tobacco and vape products.
Bags
What are Bags in the MR.DIY Club app?
Bags are virtual collections used in campaigns or activities. Members may collect entries in Bags to unlock rewards, promotions, or special experiences.
How do I earn entries in a Bag?
Entries are earned by making purchases, with every RM20 spent in a single receipt qualifying for one (1) Bag entry. Additional entries can also be earned by participating in campaigns or completing specific in-app activities, subject to the Terms and Conditions.
Do Bags have an expiry date?
No. Bags do not have an expiry date currently.
Can I have multiple Bags at the same time?
Yes. Multiple Bags can be earned if eligible. For instance, a single RM40 purchase would qualify for two (2) Bag entries, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
What happens when I complete a Bag?
Once a Bag is completed, eligible rewards, benefits, or entries will be unlocked based on the campaign rules.

How do I sign up for the MR.DIY Club app?
Download the app and register using your mobile number. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to verify your account.
What if I do not receive the OTP?
Please ensure your mobile number is correct and has network coverage. If you still do not receive the OTP, you may request to resend it or contact customer support.
Transaction History
Where can I view my transaction history?
You can view all your earning and redemption transactions under the Transaction History section in the app.
Why is a transaction missing from my history?
Transactions may take some time to appear. If it does not show after 24 hours, please contact customer support for assistance.
What types of transactions are shown in the history?
Transaction history includes points earned and points redeemed.
Can I download or share my transaction history?
Currently, transaction history is available for viewing within the app only.
Family
What is the Family feature?
The Family feature allows members to connect with family members under one group, subject to the program’s rules and eligibility.
Can family members share points?
Yes. Point sharing and pooling within the Family feature is available subject to the app’s functionality and applicable terms and conditions.
How do I add a family member?
To add a family member, simply share your unique invitation code or invitation link. They can use it to join your family account.
Is there a limit to the number of family members?
Yes. Each Family group may include up to five (5) members only, in accordance with the app rules and subject to the Terms and Conditions.
Can I leave or remove a family member from the group?
Yes. Members may leave a Family group or remove members according to the app’s settings and terms.
What is Family Bags Pooling?
Family Bags Pooling allows Bags earned by all members within a defined family group to be aggregated into a shared pool. The consolidated Bags total will be displayed on the Bags screen for all group members.
How are Bags calculated in a family group?
The system sums Bags earned by each member in the group. For example, if Member A has 5 Bags, Member B has 3 Bags, and Member C has 1 Bag, the total displayed for all members will be 9 Bags.
Family Group Exit
What happens to Bags and Points when a family group is dissolved?
Upon group dissolution, points are split equally among all active members at the time of disbanding. Bags are reverted to their original owners based on individual transaction history.
What happens when a secondary member leaves the family group?
When a secondary member exits the group, points contributed or earned by the departing member remain in the group pool and the member leaves with zero points. Bags earned by the departing member via their own transaction history are reverted to their individual account for tier calculation.
Can I remove a family member out of the family group?
No. Removing family member is not allowed.
Rewards Voucher
What rewards can I redeem?
Members can redeem vouchers, or special experiences available in the Rewards, subject to availability.
How do I redeem a reward?
Select your desired reward in the app and follow the redemption instructions. Redemption may require showing a QR code or voucher at the store.
Can redeemed rewards be cancelled or refunded?
No. Once a reward is redeemed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
How long are redeemed rewards valid?
Each reward has its own validity period, which will be shown in the app. Rewards must be used before the expiry date.
Do rewards have limited quantities?
Rewards are subject to availability and may be limited in quantity, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
Where can I view my redeemed rewards?
Redeemed rewards can be viewed under the “My Rewards” section in the app.
Can I redeem rewards at any MR.DIY store?
Yes, rewards are redeemable at all MR.DIY stores nationwide, subject to the Terms and Conditions.
Can I transfer or share my redeemed rewards?
No. Redeemed rewards are for the registered member only and are not transferable.
What should I do if my reward does not appear after redemption?
Please refresh the app or check your reward history. If the issue persists, contact customer support through the app.
Will my points be returned if I do not use the reward?
No. Points used for successful redemption will not be returned, even if the reward is not used.
Can I stack multiple vouchers in one transaction?
Yes. You may stack multiple vouchers in the same transaction. Only mixing physical vouchers and app vouchers is not allowed.
Can I mix physical voucher and app voucher in one transaction?
No. Mixed voucher in the same transaction is not allowed.
Privacy
Is my personal data safe?
Yes. MR.DIY takes your personal data seriously and applies appropriate security measures to protect your information. Your data is managed in line with applicable data protection laws and internal security standards.
What personal data is collected?
Only information necessary to manage your MR.DIY Club membership is collected, such as contact details and transaction-related data, to enable points earning, rewards redemption, and customer support.
How is my personal data used?
Your personal data is used to operate the loyalty program, manage your account, process transactions, provide rewards, and communicate relevant updates or offers based on your preferences.
Can I control the communications I receive?
Yes. You can manage your notification and marketing communication preferences at any time through the app settings.
Will my personal data be shared with third parties?

Can I delete my account from My Profile?

BY SELECTING “AGREE” OR “CONTINUE”, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF USE INCLUDING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE MR.DIY CLUB REWARDS. 1. General
1.1.The MR.DIY Club is a mobile application (“Application”) owned and operated by MR D.I.Y. Group (M) Berhad (“MR.DIY”). The Application is licensed, not sold, to you by MR.DIY for use only under this Terms of Use herein.
1.2.These Terms of Use shall govern the user’s access to and/ or the use of the MR.DIY Club, unless such services are accompanied by a separate term of use in which case you agree that the terms of that licence shall govern such services.
2. Account Registration
2.1.Access to the Application is provided to you free of charge to facilitate your participation in the MR.DIY Club Rewards. 2.2.To enjoy these benefits, you must register for a unique MR.DIY Club ID. Registration requires a valid Malaysian mobile contact number and completion of our authentication procedure via a One-Time Password (OTP).
2.3.You warrant that you will ensure that all information provided to MR.DIY as part of your account profile are true, complete, accurate and will be updated in a timely manner in the event of any change. Any personal data which you have provided to MR.DIY during the account sign-up process or from time to time to use the Application is governed by our Privacy Policy which can be found here: Privacy Policy
2.4.You acknowledge and agree that MR.DIY reserves the right to disable access to or suspend your account, and in such event, you may be prevented from accessing the services or contents contained in the Application. In the event your Account and/or services have been suspended and you request for reactivation, MR.DIY may at its absolute discretion reactivate your Account.
3. Prohibited Conduct and User Obligations
3.1.Lawful Use: You agree to use the Application in compliance with the laws of Malaysia and shall not engage in any activity that causes interference, disruption, or harm to the Application.
3.2.Misconduct: You shall not distribute malicious software (viruses), provide false or fraudulent data, or engage in conduct that infringes upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
3.3.Personal Information: You are responsible for ensuring all personal information provided is accurate and updated. MR.DIY shall not be liable for any non-performance of the service or errors resulting from your failure to maintain current information.
3.4.Credential Security: You assume full responsibility for the confidentiality of their account number and password. You agree not to disclose these credentials to third parties or use another person’s account.
3.5.Unauthorized Use: Your account is intended for your personal use only. You must treat your verification pin, password, and account QR code as strictly confidential. As the Application is the gateway to your earned rewards (Points and Bags), you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3.6.If you suspect your account or password has been compromised, you must notify MR.DIY immediately to request a suspension of the account. MR.DIY is not liable for any losses or executed instructions occurring prior to the formal confirmation of such a request.
4. Consent to Use of Data
4.1.The collection, use, and disclosure of personal data by MR.DIY are governed strictly by the Privacy Policy. Enrolment in the MR.DIY Club Rewards is contingent upon the user providing consent to the Privacy Policy during the account registration process. Users may manage their communication preferences and review how their data is processed by accessing the Privacy Settings within the Application or by contacting MR.DIY’s Data Protection Officer as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
5. Termination
5.1.MR.DIY reserve the right to discontinue, suspend or terminate any or all features, products or services, your account and use of the Application or to withdraw the Application, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including your violation of this Terms of Use, without prior notice and without liability to you.
6. Third Party Materials
6.1.Certain services may display, include or make available content, data, information, applications or materials from third parties (“Third Party Materials”) or provide links to certain third party web sites. By using the services, you acknowledge and agree that MR.DIY is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality or any other aspect of such Third Party Materials or web sites. MR.DIY, its officers, affiliates and subsidiaries do not warrant or endorse and do not assume and will not have any liability or responsibility to you or any other person for any third-party services, Third Party Materials or web sites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third parties. Third Party Materials and links to other web sites are provided solely as a convenience to you.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
7.1.TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APPLICATION AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND MR.DIY AND MR.DIY’S HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION AND SERVICES, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. 8. Limitation of Liability
8.1.TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MR.DIY BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, CORRUPTION OR LOSS OF DATA, FAILURE TO TRANSMIT OR RECEIVE ANY DATA OR INFORMATION, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE MR.DIY CLUB AND SERVICES OR ANY THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE OR APPLICATIONS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE MR.DIY CLUB REWARDS OR SERVICES, HOWEVER CAUSED, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF MR.DIY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. a.Your breach of any provision of these Terms;
b.Your misuse of the Application or participation in the MR.DIY Club Rewards;
c.Any infringement by you of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity; or
d.Any disputes arising between you and other members of your Family Group.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
9.1.All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, and trade secrets, pertaining to the Application, and their contents (text, graphics, design, and framework) are the exclusive property of MR.DIY or its affiliates.
9.2.None of the programming information or content of MR.DIY website may be used, revised, copied, transmitted, altered, disseminated, distributed or publicised without prior written consent from MR.DIY. Any breach of these rights may result in legal action and liability for damages.
10. Law
10.1.Governing Law. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from this Terms of Use shall be dealt with in accordance with Malaysian law. Any legal proceedings shall be filed within the jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia relevant to the location of MR.DIY’s corporate registration.

1. Introduction
1.1.The MR.DIY Club Loyalty Program (the “MR.DIY Club Rewards”) is Malaysia’s first family-centric loyalty program, specifically designed to reward customers with Points, Vouchers, and Exclusive Benefits. This member-exclusive loyalty reward program is provided by MR D.I.Y. Group (M) Sdn. Bhd. and its subsidiary companies (“MR.DIY”) to its valued MR.DIY Club Holders (as defined hereinafter).
1.2.Our innovative system is designed to reward the way modern households shop. By introducing the Family Pool mechanic, we allow up to five members to combine their earning power and reach rewards faster together. Coupled with our unique Bags collection system for exclusive campaign unlocks, the MR.DIY Club Rewards transforms every transaction into a collective win for your entire home. Whether you are shopping individually or pooling resources with loved ones, our program ensures that your loyalty is recognised with maximum flexibility and value.
1.3.These T&Cs shall govern MR.DIY Club Holder’s access to and/ or the use of the MR.DIY Club Rewards. Where specific services are accompanied by separate term of use, you agree that the terms of those specific services shall govern your use of them in conjunction with these T&Cs.
2. MR.DIY Club Rewards
2.1.MR.DIY Club Rewards offers two distinct ways for MR.DIY Club Holders to accumulate value through their purchases:
a.Points: MR.DIY Club Holders earn one (1) Point for every RM1.00 spent on qualifying purchases (excluding utilities bill payments, e-wallet, prepaid card, Touch’nGo Card reload/ top-up and tobacco /tobacco related products). Points serve as the primary currency of the program and can be earned individually or pooled within a Family Group.
b.Bags: MR.DIY Club Holders earn one (1) Bag for every RM20.00 spent in a single transaction. Bags are non-divisible units used primarily to unlock specific campaign milestones or high-tier rewards as specified in the Club Rewards Catalogue.
2.2.Accumulated Points and Bags may be utilised to access two categories of membership benefits:
a.Vouchers: MR.DIY Club Holders may redeem their accumulated Points or Bags for digital vouchers. These include, but are not limited to, cash-off discounts, product-specific coupons, or partner promotional codes. Once a voucher is redeemed, it will be issued to the MR.DIY Club Holder’s "My Vouchers" section within the MR.DIY Club Mobile Application or MR.DIY e-commerce platform and must be used within its stated validity period. b.Exclusive Benefits: Beyond transactional rewards, MR.DIY Club Holders are entitled to member-only privileges. These "Exclusive Benefits" may include early access to seasonal sales, invitations to member-only events, and special member-pricing on selected items. These benefits are non-transferable and may vary based on the MR.DIY Club Holder’s membership activity or tier.
3. Eligibility and Enrolment to be MR.DIY Club Holder
3.1.Participation in MR.DIY Club Rewards is free and limited to individuals, above the age of thirteen (13), for personal use only. Corporations, groups, or associations are not eligible. Individuals below the age of eighteen (18) may only register and participate in MR.DIY Club Rewards with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3.2.To become a MR.DIY Club Holder, an individual must register through the official MR.DIY Club Mobile Application, subject to the following conditions:
a.Registration & Verification: An individual becomes a MR.DIY Club Holder only upon the successful verification of their mobile number via a One-Time Password (OTP). Upon successful registration, a unique MR.DIY Club membership account (“MR.DIY Club ID”) will be issued for the purpose of earning and redeeming Points and accessing related Exclusive Benefits.
b.Account Limits. MR.DIY Club ID is limited to one (1) account per mobile number.
c.Accuracy of Information. MR.DIY Club Holder must provide accurate and current information during registration. MR.DIY reserves the right to suspend any account found to contain fraudulent or inaccurate data.
4. Accrual of Points
4.1.Earning Rate. MR.DIY Club Holder earn one (1) Point for every RM1 spent on eligible purchases (excluding utilities bill payments, e-wallet, prepaid card, Touch’nGo Card reload/ top-up and tobacco /tobacco related products) at participating MR.DIY physical stores and MR.DIY e-commerce platforms, unless otherwise stated by MR.DIY.
4.2.Crediting. Points are typically credited immediately following a successful transaction, though minor delays may occur. If the record is deemed incorrect, a detailed transaction record may be requested from MR.DIY or contact our Customer Support team for further assistance.
4.3.Points Expiration. Points are valid for 12 months from the month of earning and will expire at the end of the 12th month. For example, Points earned on 3/3/2026 will expire on 31/3/2027.
4.4.Points earned or contributed by members within a Family Group shall be treated as a collective group balance, unless otherwise stated by MR.DIY. See Family Group Features below.
4.5.Company Discretion: MR.DIY reserves the sole right to adjust point values, amend redemption provisions, or restrict the conversion of points into designated products/services without prior consent.
5. The “Bags” Feature
5.1.Definition: “Bags” are virtual collections used to unlock rewards or promotions during specific campaigns.
5.2.Earning Entries: Every RM 20 spent in a single receipt qualifies for one (1) Bag entry.
5.3.Expiry: Currently, Bag entries do not have an expiration date.
5.4.All “Bags” earned by MR.DIY Club Holder and other members within the same Family Group shall be aggregated into a shared pool (“Pooled Bags”). The total number of Pooled Bags shall be displayed uniformly on the Bags screen of all Family Group members’ accounts.
6. Family Group Feature
6.1.Participation in a Family Group is optional and subject to the rules determined by MR.DIY. A Family Group allows eligible members to combine certain loyalty benefits in accordance with these T&Cs herein.
6.2.Group Structure: A MR.DIY Club Holder (the “Family Group Organiser”) may form a Family Group and invite up to five (5) total members.
6.3.Pooling: Family members may pool both Points and Bags to reach rewards faster. Points earned or contributed by members within a Family Group shall be treated as a collective group balance, unless otherwise stated by MR.DIY. These Points may be redeemed by any authorised member of the group.
7. Points Redemption and Rewards
7.1.Points are granted as a promotional incentive and possess no cash value. They are not convertible into cash or any other currency. Points are not considered personal property, therefore, MR.DIY Club Holder does not exercise full rights of possession over them.
7.2.Redemption: Points and Bags, as the case may be, may only be redeemed for Vouchers, products, or special experiences as available in the Club Rewards Catalogue.
7.3.Finality: Once redeemed, rewards cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged for points or cash.
7.4.Validity: Each reward has a specific validity period shown in the MR.DIY Mobile Application or MR.DIY e-commerce platform and must be used before its expiry date.
7.5.Points earned or contributed or redeemed by members within a Family Group shall be treated as a collective group balance, unless otherwise stated by MR.DIY.
8. Exit and Dissolution Rules :
8.1.Voluntary Exit (Non-Family Group Organiser Departure). In the event a Non-Family Group Organiser voluntarily elects to leave a Family Group:
a.Forfeiture of Points: All Points previously earned or contributed by said Non-Family Group Organiser shall remain within the Family Group pool. The departing Non-Family Group Organiser’s individual account balance will be reset to zero (0) Points.
b.Retention of Bags: All Bags earned by the departing Non-Family Group Organiser through their own transaction history shall be retained by that Non-Family Group Organiser and reflected in their individual account. These Bags will continue to be utilised for the Non-Family Group Organiser's tier calculations and campaign eligibility.
8.2.Family Group Dissolution. In the event a Family Group is dissolved (whether by the Family Group Organiser’s request or by MR.DIY’s discretion):
a.Equal Distribution of Points: The total Points balance remaining in the Family Pool at the exact time of dissolution shall be divided equally among all active members of the Family Group.
b.Reversion of Bags: All Bags held within the group context shall be reverted to their original owners based strictly on each MR.DIY Club Holder’s individual transaction history.
8.3.In the event of a Family Group dissolution or a member’s voluntary withdrawal from a Family Group, the member shall only be permitted to create or join another Family Group once within a period of 365 days.
9. Returns, Exchanges, and Enquiries
9.1.Returns of Redeemed Goods: If goods redeemed with points are deemed defective and returned, the MR.DIY Club Holder must present a valid receipt. Returns are subject to MR.DIY’s standard Return Policies, however, Points deducted for the original redemption will not be refunded.
9.2.Transaction Records: All operations performed within the system are recorded by MR.DIY. MR.DIY Club Holders may inquire about their accumulated points through the MR.DIY Club Mobile Application. If a record is disputed, MR.DIY Club Holder may request a detailed transaction report or contact our Customer Support team for further assistance.
10. Prohibited Conduct and User Obligations
10.1.Lawful Use: MR.DIY Club Holders must use MR.DIY Club Rewards in compliance with the laws of Malaysia and any applicable international conventions. MR.DIY Club Rewards shall not be used for illegal purposes, including the trading of prohibited items.
10.2.Infringement and Misconduct: MR.DIY Club Holders shall not engage in conduct that infringes upon the rights of others (including reputation, privacy, trademarks, or copyrights) or distributes malicious software (viruses). Any breach of confidentiality or use of false data is strictly prohibited.
10.3.Liability for Misconduct: MR.DIY Club Holder shall assume full legal responsibility and be liable for compensation if their actions impair the interests of MR.DIY.
10.4.Personal Information: MR.DIY Club Holder is responsible for ensuring all personal information provided is accurate and updated. MR.DIY shall not be liable for any non-performance of the Service or errors resulting from the Club Holder’s failure to maintain current information.
10.5.Non-Transferability: The MR.DIY Club Rewards is designated solely for the Club Holder's personal use. MR.DIY Club ID are non-transferable and intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing account details or QR codes is prohibited.
10.6.Credential Security: MR.DIY Club Holder assumes full responsibility for the confidentiality of their account number and password. MR.DIY Club Holder agree not to disclose these credentials to third parties or use another person’s account.
10.7.Unauthorized Use: If MR.DIY Club Holder suspects their account or password has been compromised, they must notify MR.DIY immediately to request a suspension of the account. MR.DIY is not liable for any losses or executed instructions occurring prior to the formal confirmation of such a request.
11. Termination and Deactivation
11.1.MR.DIY may suspend or terminate the MR.DIY Club ID in any of the following circumstances and is not liable to compensate for any loss, damage or expense accrued, including without limitation the loss of profit, reputation, service, data or other intangible damage (regardless of whether MR.DIY receives prior notice of the possibility of damage):
a.User Request: MR.DIY Club Holder may request account deactivation by contacting customer support.
b.Company Rights: MR.DIY reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, including fraudulent activity or "gaming" the system. Upon deactivation, all points and benefits are forfeited.
c.Abnormal Activity: Should MR.DIY detect abnormalities or suspect illegal conduct regarding a transaction, it reserves the right to freeze the account and cancel all accrued points immediately.
d.Fraud and Abuse: If MR.DIY determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a MR.DIY Club Holder has engaged in fraudulent activity, abuse of the loyalty program, manipulation of transactions, misuse of the Family Group feature, or any conduct intended to improperly accumulate Points or Bags, MR.DIY reserves the right to:
i.reverse or deduct improperly obtained Points or Bags;
ii.cancel or void any redeemed rewards;
iii.suspend or terminate the account; and
iv.recover the monetary value of any improperly redeemed benefits, where applicable.
Such actions may be taken without prior notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the loyalty program.
12. Privacy Protection
12.1.The collection, use, and disclosure of personal data by MR.DIY are governed strictly by the MR.DIY Privacy Policy. Enrolment in the MR.DIY Club Rewards is contingent upon the MR.DIY Club Holder providing express and separate consent to MR.DIY Privacy Policy during the account registration process. MR.DIY Club Holders may manage their communication preferences and review how their data is processed by accessing the Privacy Settings within the MR.DIY Club Mobile Application or by contacting MR.DIY’s Data Protection Officer as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
13. System Availability and Performance
13.1.Service Interruptions: MR.DIY shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or non-performance of the MR.DIY Club Rewards resulting from system halts or failures caused by:
a.Scheduled server maintenance (notified via the MR.DIY website or email);
b.Telecommunication equipment or data communication failures;
c.Circumstances beyond MR.DIY’s reasonable control, including natural disasters (typhoons, earthquakes, flooding), power failures, acts of war, or terrorism;
d.Third-party interference, including hacker attacks, technical adjustments by telecommunication providers, or system failures within the banking and payment infrastructure.
14. Limitation of Liabilities
14.1.Nothing in these T&Cs excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited under applicable law. MR.DIY is responsible only for the obligations expressly stated within these T&Cs.
14.2.As MR.DIY Club Holder data is provided on a voluntary basis, MR.DIY does not warrant the absolute accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of information provided through the Service. The MR.DIY Club Holder assumes full responsibility for their reliance on such information.
14.3.Any third-party partners associated with the loyalty program are solely responsible for the quality and content of the products or services they provide. MR.DIY bears no liability for partner-led offerings.
14.4.The MR.DIY Club Holder acknowledges that Points and Bags calculations are automated and recorded by MR.DIY’s system. Such records shall be deemed accurate and conclusive in the absence of manifest error, fraud, or proven system malfunction. MR.DIY shall not be held liable for any disputes or claims arising from Family Group participation, member exits, or group dissolution, unless there is manifest error or system malfunction.
14.5.To the extent permitted by law, MR.DIY shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, or incidental damages arising from or associated with this T&Cs, regardless of the cause of action (breach of contract, tort, or otherwise).
15. Intellectual Property Rights
15.1.All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, and trade secrets, pertaining to the MR.DIY Club Holder, Mobile Application, and their contents (text, graphics, design, and framework) are the exclusive property of MR.DIY or its affiliates.
15.2.None of the programming information or content of MR.DIY website may be used, revised, copied, transmitted, altered, disseminated, distributed or publicized without prior written consent from MR.DIY. Any breach of these rights may result in legal action and liability for damages.
16. Jurisdiction
16.1.These T&Cs shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these T&Cs shall be dealt with in accordance with Malaysian law. Any legal proceedings shall be filed within the jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia relevant to the location of MR.DIY’s corporate registration.

18. Amendments to the MR.DIY Club
18.1.MR.DIY reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program, in whole or in part, where practicable, MR.DIY shall provide at least fourteen (14) days’ prior notice of any material changes via the MR.DIY Club Mobile Application (including push notifications), publication on the official MR.DIY website, or such other communication channels as MR.DIY deems appropriate. This includes changes to point values, earning structures, and expiration policies.

1.1.MR D.I.Y. Group (M) Berhad (“MR.DIY”) is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of Personal Data (as hereinafter defined) by observing applicable data protection laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”) 2010 in Malaysia and other international best practices. This Notice sets out our approach to data protection, ensuring that Personal Data is handled responsibly and in compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
1.2.The protection of Personal Data is essential to maintaining trust with our customers, employees, suppliers, and stakeholders. This Notice established how Personal Data is collected, processed, disclosed and retained by MR.DIY.
2. Personal Data MR.DIY Collects from You
2.1.Before your Personal Data is collected or processed, we will obtain for your consent, which will be recorded and maintained properly by MR.DIY, to such collection and processing. However, in certain scenarios, consent is not required such as when the processing of Personal Data is necessary for the performance of contract or is required under the law.
2.2.For the processing of Sensitive Personal Data, MR.DIY will obtain explicit consent to such collection and processing. For avoidance of doubt, such consent, when collecting Sensitive Personal Data, cannot be obtained by inferring from your actions, such explicit consent must be expressly confirmed in words.
2.3.At MR.DIY, we strive to collect only the Personal Data that we need that is deemed adequate, relevant and not excessive to the purpose for which Personal Data is processed by us within this Notice, when:
2.3.1.you submit any form, including but not limited to application forms, sign up for an account under our e-commerce platform or MR.DIY Club, joining a contest;
2.3.2.you enter into any agreement or provide other documentation or information in respect of your interactions with us, or when you use our services;

2.4.The following Personal Data MR.DIY collects depends on how you interact with MR.DIY, including:
2.4.1.Contact Details. Personal Data such as name, address, phone number, email may be collected from customers will only be used for purposes such as processing transactions, marketing communications (with consent), customer support, and service improvements;
2.4.2.MR.DIY Club Membership No.. Data such as your Points reward, Bags rewards information and MR.DIY Club Rewards details;
2.4.3.Payment Information. Data about your billing address and method of payment, such as bank details, credit, debit, or other payment card information;
2.4.4.Transaction Information. Data about purchases at MR.DIY or transactions facilitated by MR.DIY, including purchases on MR.DIY e-commerce platforms;
2.4.5.Government ID Data. In certain circumstances, we may ask for a government-issued ID in limited circumstances, including when setting up an account, for the purpose of account verification or as required by law;
2.4.6.Other Information You Provide to Us. Details such as the content of your communications with MR.DIY, including interactions with customer support and contacts through social media channels;

2.5.You are not required to provide the Personal Data that we have requested. However, if you choose not to do so, in many cases we will not be able to provide with our products or services or respond to your requests you may have.
2.6.MR.DIY will not collect the Personal Data involves individuals of age of eighteen (18) years (the “Minor”).
2.7.In the event of the collection of Personal Data of a Minor, such consent shall be obtained from the parent, guardian or person who has parental responsibility on the Minor.
3. MR.DIY Use of Personal Data
3.1.MR.DIY uses your Personal Data only when we have a valid legal basis. Depending on the circumstances, MR.DIY may rely on your consent or the fact that the processing is necessary to:
3.1.1.Fulfil a contract with you. MR.DIY collects Personal Data necessary to facilitate your order, which may include Contact Details and MR.DIY Club Rewards memberships collected to improve our offerings, carry out our contractual obligation, for internal purposes such as auditing, or for troubleshooting. For example, if you are our customer and would like to arrange for delivery, MR.DIY will collect your Contact Details to process your order.
3.1.2.Communicate with you. To respond to communications, reach out to you about your transactions or account, market our products and services, notify you on prizes, provide other relevant information or request information or feedback.
3.1.3.Security and Fraud Prevention. To protect individuals, employees and MR.DIY and for loss prevention and to prevent fraud, including to protect individuals, employees and MR.DIY for the benefit of all our users, and pre-screening or scanning uploaded content for potentially illegal content.
3.1.4.Comply with the law. To comply with applicable law – for example, to satisfy tax, for the purpose of issuing e-invoice and reporting obligations, or to comply with a lawful governmental request.
3.2.We may also process your Personal Data where we believe it is in our or others’ legitimate interests, taking into consideration your interests, rights, expectations, security and fraud prevention. 4. Personal Data MR.DIY Receives From Other Sources
4.1.MR.DIY may receive Personal Data about you from other individuals, from businesses or third parties acting at your direction, from our partners who work with us to provide our products and services and assist us in security and fraud prevention, and from other lawful sources.
4.1.1.Individuals. MR.DIY may collect data about you from other individuals – for example, if that individual has sent you a product or gift card, invited you to participate in MR.DIY Club Rewards, MR.DIY service, contest or forum, or shared content with you.
4.1.2.At Your Direction. You may direct other individuals or third parties to share data with MR.DIY to fulfil a contract with MR.DIY.
4.1.3.MR.DIY Partners. We may also validate the information you provide – for example, when creating an account with MR.DIY, with a third party for security, and for fraud-prevention purposes.
4.2.Generally, MR.DIY shall not disclose your Personal Data to any third party. In the event disclosure is necessary, it shall be limited to the purpose and related purposes for which the original consent was obtained. We may share Personal Data with our subsidiaries, affiliates and/or associated companies and with third parties which may involve a transfer of your Personal Data outside your country of residence. The types of third parties to whom we may disclose that personal data includes, our service providers who assist us in providing MR.DIY Club Rewards and our products and services in connection with your use of our services and delivering products to customers.
4.3.MR.DIY Club Rewards data (including personal data) is stored on servers located in India and operated by us or our service providers. When we share or transfer your Personal Data, we put in place measures to require the recipients of the data to comply with applicable personal data laws.
5. The Rights You Have Towards Your Personal Data.
5.1.In accordance with applicable laws, MR.DIY allows you the following rights, upon request via our contact details set out in the section at Paragraph 9 (Contact Us) below, to:
5.1.1.ask us what Personal Data we have of you, including to be provided with a copy of your Personal Data;
5.1.2.correct or update your Personal Data where the personal data is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or not up-to-date;
5.1.3.withdraw your consent to the processing of your Personal Data;
5.1.4.prevent processing likely to cause damages or distress; and
5.1.5.request that MR.DIY transmits your Personal Data directly to another data controller.
5.2.If you request for a copy of your Personal Data and we are able to accede to your request, a fee may be charged for providing the copy. In such an event, we will inform you of the fee to be charged for the requested copy.
5.3.There will be instances where MR.DIY is unable to comply with your request, such as when the burden or expense of providing access to Personal Data is disproportionate to the risk to others Personal Data or such access to Personal Data is regulated by another law, and in such circumstances MR.DIY shall refuse your request.
6. How MR.DIY Retains Your Personal Data .
