MR.DIY CSR: Hygiene Kits to Perkampungan Orang Asli Pos Kuala Mu

Sungai Siput, February - Being aware of the importance of practicing good hygiene starting at home, MRDIYCares extended hands together with Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in providing hygiene kits to the people at Perkampungan Orang Asli Pos Kuala Mu, Sungai Siput, Perak.

Presently, the concern over the Covid-19 pandemic with the continuous admissions to health facilities nationwide as well as the higher transmissibility rate over the presence of the Omicron sub-variant, demands us to remain vigilant in our daily lives and even need to take simple steps to protect ourselves, our families, and our communities.

Thoughtful towards the Orang Asli families, MRDIYCares provided over 1,300 essential personal hygiene items such as toothbrushes, towels, nail cutters, tissue papers, and adult medical face masks.

MRDIYCares hopes that this contribution will help facilitate them in executing the best hygiene practices as well as protect the communities from the secondary impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.
