Job Context: The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent in a timely and cost-effective manner. The role supports the organization's workforce planning by partnering with hiring managers to fulfil manpower requirements, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable Bangladesh labour laws. Additionally, the position contributes to employer branding initiatives, recruitment reporting, onboarding coordination, and the continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes to support the organization's business objectives. 

Job Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Planning

Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements, Prepare and obtain approval for recruitment requisitions, develop recruitment plans based on organizational needs. Monitor approved manpower budgets.

2. Sourcing Candidates

Publish job advertisements on recruitment portals and social media, Source candidates through databases, referrals, LinkedIn, and recruitment agencies, Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring.

3. Screening & Selection

Review and shortlist CVs, Conduct initial phone or virtual screenings, Schedule written tests, interviews, and assessments, Coordinate interview panels, conduct reference and background checks where required.

4. Interview Coordination

Arrange interview schedules, prepare interview evaluation forms, communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, Ensure a positive candidate experience.

5. Offer Management

Prepare salary proposals in accordance with company policy, Draft offer letters and appointment letters, negotiate compensation within approved limits, Follow up until candidate acceptance.

6. Joining & Onboarding

Coordinate pre-employment documentation, verify educational certificates and other required documents, prepare employee files, Coordinate orientation and induction programs, Ensure smooth onboarding with HR Operations and IT.

7. Recruitment Administration

Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports, Update the HRIS or recruitment database. Ensure proper documentation of recruitment records, Prepare monthly recruitment dashboards.

8. Compliance

Ensure recruitment follows company policies, maintain confidentiality of candidate information, Ensure fair and non-discriminatory hiring practices. Support internal and external audits related to recruitment.

Additional Responsibilities

Process probation confirmation documentation. Support manpower budgeting and organizational restructuring. Assist with HR projects and policy implementation. Coordinate recruitment vendors/Headhunt and Job agents, consultants.

Educational Requirements: 

BBA in HRM/Management, Candidates having PGD in HRM will get preference,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar position. Retail, or a related field. Experience in retail.

Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Interviewing and candidate assessment, Negotiation skills, Knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, HRIS and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency, Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint Word Excel and reporting skills, Problem-solving and stakeholder management, Recruitment completed within target timelines, Quality of hire, Candidate satisfaction, offer acceptance rate, Probation success rate, Hiring manager satisfaction, Recruitment cost control, Accuracy and completeness of recruitment documentation
