Job Context: We are looking for dynamic, presentable, and customer-oriented Store Assistant (Sales) to join our store team. The ideal candidates will assist customers, maintain product displays, and support the overall sales process to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.

Job Responsibilities:

1.      Welcome customers, answer questions, assist with locating items, and provide product recommendations.

2.      Keep shelves fully stocked, tidy, and properly labeled.

3.      Handle customer interactions, explain product features, and support sales development.

4.      Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries, complaints, and returns.

5.      Refill stock, remove expired items, and manage promotional placements.

6.      Support the cashier team with price checks, packing, and queue management.

7.      Escort customers to relevant shelves and offer assistance with purchasing decisions.

8.      Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and work area.

9.      Cooperate with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations.

10.  Follow supervisor instructions and adhere to workplace SOPs.

Educational Requirements: Minimum SSC/HSC or equivalent

Experience Requirements:

·         At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred; freshers may also apply

·         Experience in sales, marketing, customer care, or retail (e.g., mobile accessories, electronics, etc.) is an advantage

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum age: 18 years

·         Good appearance, pleasant personality, and sound physical health

·         Dedicated, honest, and committed to professional ethics
