Job Context: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Store Supervisor to join our Retail Operations team. The
role involves overseeing daily store activities, maintaining visual merchandising standards, managing inventory,
and leading the team to achieve sales targets. A customer-focused mindset and adherence to company SOPs and

Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
1. The role involves maintaining store standards through proper stocking, cleaning, and attractive
merchandise displays.
2. Ensuring consistent customer service, processing refunds, exchanges, and resolving complaints are key
responsibilities.
3. The position requires supervising staff, including training, counselling, and performance management in
coordination with HR.
4. The candidate must manage daily operations such as sales recording, verifying invoices, bank deposits, and
monitoring stock shrinkage.
5. Responsibilities also include handling product returns, damaged or expired goods, and coordinating with
the warehouse or suppliers.
6. The employee will assist in organizing stock checks, replenishing shelves, checking expiration dates, and
ensuring pricing and signage accuracy.
7. Compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as maintaining equipment functionality, is
essential.
8. Promotional setups and in-store display arrangements are also part of the role.
9. Meeting sales targets and ensuring the store runs smoothly by supporting team members is critical.
10. Additional tasks may be assigned by supervisors or management as per SOPs.
Job Requirements:
1. Must be hardworking, highly self-motivated.
2. Language proficiency (English and Bangla-both verbal and written).
