• Get contact number from Setup Team (Act as PIC for Marketing team)
• Executing communication for signage and indoor ads installation.
• Communicate with mall management for Indoor & Outdoor Advertising
• Assist and follow up advertising contract (New Agreement & Renewal)
• Assist in checking and verifying letters, contracts and documents details authenticity
• Update File Advertising, Mall PIC Contact, Outdoor & Indoor Average Price
• Assist on the current visual of the ads (have to change if faded or not attractive)
• Ensuring accuracy and punctuality through project-to-project follow ups
• Execute various marketing SOPs and formats set by superiors
• Assist in ensuring all marketing related tasks and progress are on track
• Managing mall communication and executing campaign activation
• Monthly reports preparation.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in any field
• At least 1 year experience in Marketing Administration is an added bonus
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia and English. 
• Willing to work at Seri Kembangan (HQ).
• Good in time management
