Job Description:

• Identifying, proposing and securing new potential location/site in Malaysia.
• Conducting end-to-end negotiations with developers, landlords, and property agents to finalize new store agreements.
• Planning and scheduling timely site visits to evaluate potential locations.
• Work closely with other departments on the administration, fit-out and preparation of legal documents.
• Ensuring that the department monthly KPIs (store opening, store sales) are achieved.
• Establish, maintain, and develop strong rapport with landlords and agents.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in any field of studies
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English (Spoken & Written)
• Proficient in Mandarin (Spoken) is required to liaise with mandarin speaking landlords
• At least 1 year relevant experience in business expansion / management (Retail / Outlet)
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office) will be added as an advantage
• Good possession of analytical and negotiation skills
