Employee Relations
Job Desriptions:
- Conduct Disciplinary Action such as preliminary investigation, witnesses’ statement, prepare investigation report, disciplinary/grievances report and managing employee attendance, etc.
- Prepare disciplinary letters such as Warning letters, Performance Improvement Plan Letters, Charge Sheet, Suspension letters, Show Cause letters, Notice of Inquiry, and arrange panel for Domestic Inquiry sessions, etc.
- Pro-active Industrial Relations Initiatives such as preparing email awareness, infographics communication, slide presentation, briefing arrangement on industrial relations matters, etc
- Deals with the related bodies such as Industrial Relations Department, Manpower Department, Industrial Court, Malaysia Employer Federation.
- Handling Performance Management matters - Staff Confirmation, Transfer, Secondment, Promotion, etc
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates Diploma/Degree are encouraged to apply
- Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia)
- Prior internship experience in Human Resources is an advantage
- Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills
- Reliable, organized and resourceful in handling tasks
- Must be able to work in HQ Seri Kembangan
