Employee Relations

Job Desriptions:

  • Conduct Disciplinary Action such as preliminary investigation, witnesses’ statement, prepare investigation report, disciplinary/grievances report and managing employee attendance, etc.
  • Prepare disciplinary letters such as Warning letters, Performance Improvement Plan Letters, Charge Sheet, Suspension letters, Show Cause letters, Notice of Inquiry, and arrange panel for Domestic Inquiry sessions, etc.
  • Pro-active Industrial Relations Initiatives such as preparing email awareness, infographics communication, slide presentation, briefing arrangement on industrial relations matters, etc
  • Deals with the related bodies such as Industrial Relations Department, Manpower Department, Industrial Court, Malaysia Employer Federation.
  • Handling Performance Management matters - Staff Confirmation, Transfer, Secondment, Promotion, etc

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates Diploma/Degree are encouraged to apply
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia)
  • Prior internship experience in Human Resources is an advantage
  • Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, organized and resourceful in handling tasks
  • Must be able to work in HQ Seri Kembangan
