  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and tickets from end users in a professional and timely manner.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues faced by end users.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end users, ensuring their issues are resolved within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV systems, including monitoring and addressing any issues or requests.
  • Keep accurate records of all support requests and their resolutions.

  • Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems.
