Job Description:
  • Develop strategic marketing plans including promotional planning and advertising plan and maintain budget for all BTL and ATL to evaluate all commercial specifications and ensure compliance to same.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
  • Participate in the development of campaign and promotional plans and contribute new innovative and creative ways to reach the target segments and business objectives.
  • Presenting ideas and conducting internal brainstorming session with managers and other respective divisions.
  • Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
  • Collaborate with designers to improve & maintain the opening store advertising process and approval
  • Develop and maintain relationships with all marketing teams and develop effective strategies for individual countriesand maintain knowledge on all customer markets and prepare innovative plans for all businesses.
  • Manage relationships with media and creative agency, internal stakeholders and third party suppliers in accordancewith organizational policy and procedures.
  • Support and monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
  • Prepare post campaign reports to analyze, quantitatively & qualitatively, the effectiveness of each campaign.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising or any related fields.
  • Mininum 3 years’ experience in marketing planning or any related fields.
  • Able to work in fast pace environment and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
  • Strong attention to detail and understand work flow and terminology of Adobe Suite Software i.e Photoshop, InDesign,
  • Familiarity with social media and digital plaftorm, with their respective ad formats 
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suits i.e GDoc, GDrive
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Keen eye on creativity and commercial awareness
