Position: Quality Management Officer
Department: Quality Management
Job Description: - Collaborate with the QM Store Assistant to receive and manage damaged stock.
- Process and verify damaged item lists from all stores, ensuring accuracy.
- Send damaged item lists to the QM Warehouse for further inspection.
- Upload received files into the system promptly.
- Record store-provided ARN details in MS Excel for proper documentation.
- Place accessory orders with suppliers as needed.
- Check and respond to emails related to issue feedback.
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy during checks.
Requirements:
- SPM & above
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills for managing feedback and reporting issues.
- Willing to work in Kawasan Perindustrian Balakong
