Job Description: 
  • Collaborate with the QM Store Assistant to receive and manage damaged stock.
  • Process and verify damaged item lists from all stores, ensuring accuracy.
  • Send damaged item lists to the QM Warehouse for further inspection.
  • Upload received files into the system promptly.
  • Record store-provided ARN details in MS Excel for proper documentation.
  • Place accessory orders with suppliers as needed.
  • Check and respond to emails related to issue feedback.
  • Perform data entry and ensure accuracy during checks.

Requirements:
  • SPM & above
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills for managing feedback and reporting issues.
  • Willing to work in Kawasan Perindustrian Balakong
