 Safety, Health, Security & Environment (SHSE)

Job Description:

•        Provide general support and assistance to the SHSE team, ensuring a safe practice in workplace.
•             Assist the SHSE team in monitoring and managing the occupational safety, health and environment data and implemented activities within the  company, for reporting and safekeeping purposes.
•             To assist in all safety, health and environment matters.
•             To assist and coordinate the safety and health training and awareness across the Company.
•        To assist in designing, preparing, reviewing and updating HSE policies, SOPs, HIRARC and training materials.
•        To assist in designing & preparing posters and display materials related to health & safety campaign awareness.
•        To assist SHSE team in all aspects of Emergency Response Preparedness (ERP)
•         Responsible in handling documents and records related to HSE for safekeeping
•        Any other tasks and duties as and when assigned by the Company as deemed fit
  
  

• Fresh graduates Diploma/Degree are encouraged to appl
• Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia)
• Good command in verbal & written English is highly preferred
• Prior 1-2 years' experience in SHSE is preferable
• Skills and prior experience in design (Canva/Adobe Photoshop, etc) is a huge advantage
• Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills
• Reliable, organized and resourceful in handling tasks
• Must be able to work in HQ Seri Kembangan
