1.ANTI-BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION POLICY
The Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) Policy provides an overview of MR. D.I.Y.’s position regarding bribery and corruption. It is intended to provide information and guidance on how MR. D.I.Y. combats bribery and corruption and as to the standards of behaviour that have to be adhered with in furtherance of MR. D.I.Y.’s commitment to lawful and ethical behaviour at all times. It is intended that this ABC Policy apply to all MR. D.I.Y. Personnel as well as any Business Associates and Third Parties that MR. D.I.Y. has dealings with.

2.GIFTS AND ENTERTAINMENT POLICY
MR D.I.Y. Group (M) Berhad and its group of companies (“MR. DIY”) has adopted a “No Gift Policy” whereby, subject only to certain narrow exceptions, all MR. D.I.Y. Personnel are strictly prohibited from receiving, providing or offering to provide entertainment and gifts with a view to improperly cause undue influence on any party in exchange for some future benefit or result.

3. VENDOR CODE OF CONDUCT
MR D.I.Y. GROUP (M) BERHAD (“MR D.I.Y.”) is committed to conducting its business in an ethical and socially responsible manner and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.This Vendor Code of Conduct (“Vendor Code”) shall apply to all vendors which consists of suppliers, contractors, consultants and agents of MR D.I.Y. and to any person(s) appointed by them in any capacity to deliver the goods or perform any part of the services, including their employees, agents, suppliers and subcontractors (“Vendors”). MR D.I.Y. expects the Vendor to comply with this Vendor Code when engaging with MR D.I.Y. and throughout its conduct of business with MR D.I.Y.
