⚠️ DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS (Statutory Warranty)

Defective-product complaints are governed by mandatory consumer laws and are handled completely separately from standard change-of-mind store returns:

24-Month Statutory Warranty: Customers are entitled to a 24-month statutory warranty beginning on the date of purchase or receipt. This warranty covers manufacturing defects arising under normal conditions. It excludes standard wear and tear, accidental or mechanical damage, and improper use or handling not in accordance with the user manual.

30-Calendar-Day Settlement: A complaint (including defect removal) will be resolved within 30 calendar days from the filing date, unless a longer period is mutually agreed upon with the customer.
