KUALA LUMPUR, 15 May 2020 — In conjunction with the announcement of the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO), home improvement retailer MR.DIY is reopening its stores nationwide with irresistible discounts for over ten days from May 13 to 24, on over 30 daily essential products! 

 

The daily essential products which are up for grabs include face masks, face shields, nitrile gloves, 3-in-1 rechargeable grooming kits, inflatable play pools, garbage bags, and four-side lock food containers, among others. The campaign highlight is the discounted 3-ply face masks, which are going for RM45 per pack of 50 pieces (limited to five packs per customer). This campaign is available at selected MR.DIY stores nationwide while stocks last.  

 

MR.DIY Marketing Vice President, Mr. Andy Chin, says: “We had received many enquiries from customers regarding the reopening of MR.DIY stores during the CMCO period. MR.DIY has taken the following measures to provide a safe environment for staff and customers alike:  
• Conducting body temperature checks on staff and customers prior to their entry into all of its stores
• Mandatory requirement on the use of face masks for staff and customers while they are within the premises of all its stores
• Limiting the number of customers at any one time in all of its stores
• Implementation of the required social distancing measure in all of its stores
• Conducting regular sanitisation of products, items and store areas
