• Qualified & Disqualified to Join:
  • This promo is open to all residents of the Philippines above 18 years of age (as of  November 1, 2024) except for the employees of BRICOLAGE PHILIPPINES, INC., to related companies including employees of suppliers, vendors, promoting agencies, advertising agencies, and participating stores including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

  • The raffle draw is to be held on January 29, 2025, at 4:00 PM under the supervision of a DTI Representative.

• Selection of winners:
  • The eligible prize winners will be determined by lucky draw from the total number of qualified entries received during the contest period on January 29, 2025 – 4:00 PM with a DTI representative.
  • The eligible prize winner will be contacted via registered email, text message, phone call, AND REGISTERED MAIL. Winners are to be announced through MR.DIY official Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/mrdiyPH 
  • MR.DIY reserves the right to conduct background checks for a maximum period of three (3) weeks to ensure that the winners have followed the mechanics. The winners must submit two (2) valid IDs for the purpose of the background check.
  • Once MR.DIY has completed the necessary background checks to verify the legitimacy of the winners, an official list of the winners will be published on the official MR.DIY Philippines Facebook page. 
  • The members of MR.DIY Philippines Marketing Department are the only people who have the right to announce the winners of the grand raffle promo.
  • All decisions made by MR.DIY Philippines are final, with the concurrence of the DTI.
  • MR.DIY Philippines reserves the right to disqualify anyone who fails to follow instructions with the concurrence of the DTI.
• Claiming of Prizes:
  • All prizes must be claimed at the winner’s expense until 60 (sixty) days from the receipt of registered notification. 
  • Winners must submit the following requirements to claim their prize during the awarding:
    • Two (2) Valid IDs with picture and address
    • Receipt matching the submitted winning raffle entry receipt
    • Registered mail sent by MR.DIY.

• • The participant is required to produce proof of identity during or prior to prize redemption for purposes of verification. The only forms of proof of identity accepted by the organizer are government IDs (Passport, Driver’s license, SSS UMID Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, TIN ID, Voter’s ID, PRC ID, Senior Citizen ID).
• Winners may claim the prize at the nearest MR.DIY branch near them.
• Redemption Period: Sixty (60) days from receipt of registered notice. Prizes not claimed after the 60 day period will be forfeited and may be used as deemed necessary by Mr.DIY Philippines upon approval of DTI.
•  If the winner is unable to claim the prize him/herself, a representative must present the necessary documents:
  • A letter of authorization duly signed by the winner, nominating the parent/ legal guardian, or representative as the acknowledged recipient of the prize on the winner's behalf
  • Two (2) original Valid IDs of the winner with picture and address
  • Two (2) original Valid IDs of the representative/ legal guardian.
  • Original receipt and raffle coupon
• Prizes are transferable but NOT convertible to cash. Kindly provide an Authorization Letter if you wish to transfer the prize.
• The winners will be the ones to shoulder a 20% Tax Prize for prizes exceeding 10,000.
• Registration and other related expenses on all prizes (i.e., car) are not included and must be shouldered by the winners.
• Transportation cost for claiming the prizes are NOT included in the prize package and will NOT be shouldered by the company.
• Schedule of claiming: Monday – Friday: 10 AM – 5 PM (Holidays and weekends not included)
• By participating in this raffle, participants consent to give their personal information and the organizer reserves the right to publish, use the winners’ names and/or photographs plus their entries for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice and each participant is not entitled to make any claims for the use of their entries by the organizer.
• The organizer collects personal identifiable information to provide services or to correspond with the participant. This information is stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the data by the organizer and is used to fulfill the participant’s request(s). By submitting the participant’s personal information, the organizer deems that permission is given to the organizer and/or its authorized agents to use this information for the purpose of present and future marketing and promotional purposes and to improve its products and services. If the participant informs the organizer via the Customer Care Hotline at (02) 8463 0855 that the above information should not be used as a basis for further contact, the organizer will respect the participant’s request. The participant’s information will not be provided or shared with other companies for their use.
