KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Strategy execution Management of existing site portfolios as well as execution of staff training
• Make, manage and execute the existing restaurant management plan.
• Prioritize rent renewal, rent novation time and site profitability under the market situations, and accelerate the renegotiations for rent reduction and advanced deposit redemption.  
• Plan and execute lease expansions considering the effects of rent and construction.
• Concretely set the amounts of rent reductions, deposit redemptions and budget, and achieve them.
• Plan and execute floor addition, surplus asset redemption, and sublease appropriately for the sales and profit of each site.
• Weigh the landowners' requests and ours, and play roles in proposing the agreement changes or terminations, or relocation to the related departments.
• Prioritize and execute plans and promote negotiations in cooperation with Acquisition group, PMO, CAD as well as maintain and enhance the relations with related departments involved in existing stores
• Establish effective relations with outside organizations for the purpose of resource and best practices.
• Enhance knowledge on laws concerning existing store domain, and aim to become an expert.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree of any 4 year(s) Business course or equivalent.
• At least 2year(s) of working experience as Supervisor in Site Acquisition/Property and Asset Management, Contracts Management, Permits and Licenses.
• Required Skill(s): Good written and verbal communication
• Willing to work at Marikina City.
