JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Provides assistance to the FP&A Assistant Manager on the following:

• Preparation and analysis of financial reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Preparation of business performance report for the shareholders
• Analysis of monthly warehouse performance (delivery cost and stock level) and store performance (store profit and stock level);
• Benchmarking of competitor financial statements
• To assist in the preparation of the Company’s annual budget
• Support other departments in identifying, defining, and implementing process improvement for reporting efficiency and accuracy
• Any other project/assignment provided by the CEO

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy (CPA is preferred but not required)
• Must have very strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• 5-year experience in Financial Planning and Analysis/Management Reporting/Corporate Planning/Financial Analysis or a similar role (preferred but not required)
• Knowledgeable in preparation of Financial Statement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advance skills in excel (knows functions like Vlookup, Index Match, Countif) and PowerPoint presentation
• Willing to work in Marikina City.
