HR Generalist for Carmona - Urgent
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be a graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Development Management course.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience as HR Generalist especially in Recruitment and Employee relations.
• Must be willing to be assigned at Carmona, Cavite for 2 months and must be willing to be assigned at Dasmariñas, Cavite for the succeeding months.
• Must have an intermediate knowledge in MS Office.
• Quick and fast learner
• Must have an excellent communication skills.
• Can work under minimum supervision, independent, team player, organized, flexible, creative and resourceful.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Administer compensation and benefit plans
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
• Undertake tasks around performance management
• Organize annual employee performance reviews
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations
• Processing of timekeeping.
• Filing of 201 files
• Other tasks that may assign by the Senior HR Manager.
