JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participating in recruitment efforts.
• Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.
• Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.
• Collecting employment and mandatory information.
• Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.
• Preparing new employee files.
• Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Development Management or any Behavioral Sciences.
• With at least 2 years related experience in sourcing and reruitment for retail or mass hiring set-up is required for this position.
• With above average verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Willing to work on-site (Marikina City)
