JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Monitors payment status, then sends payment status report to Malaysia
• Makes final costing file, then send it to Malaysia
• Requests for payment of cost of goods to Finance
• Requests for payment of duties and taxes to Finance
• Checks billing invoices of customs brokers and its attachments before it can be sent to Finance

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Customs Administration or related.
• Must have more than 3 years of experience in import documentation and customer service in a customs brokerage company
• Must be a Licensed Customs Broker
• Must have an advanced level in MS Excel. Knowledge in VBA or Macros is an advantage
• Must have an experience in supervising subordinates
• Must be detail oriented
• Willing to work in Carmona Cavite
