RESPONSIBILITIES:

Store Marketing & Advertising

• Work closely with various departments (regional & local) to ensure that store advertising is in place prior to store opening.
• Source, coordinate and negotiate with third party suppliers for small and large format advertising signage and collateral.

Events Management

• Must be creative and understand the target market to ensure marketing activities are relevant and can generate foot traffic to stores.
• Works closely with regional marketing team and other local departments to ensure achievement of set goals.

Consumer Promotions

• Must be creative and analytical to generate both sales and foot traffic to the stores.
• Knows how to localize regional campaigns that suit the target market.

A&P Budget Monitoring

• Works closely with the department head to ensure all Marketing expenses are approved, within budget and monitored properly.
• Constant coordination with various departments like Finance, Office of the CEO and regional marketing to update, monitor and manage monthly A&P budget.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or related
• Proven work experience in related field is required for this position.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and writing) skills
• A team player, agile, and organized
• Good in people management skills
• Strong project management skills and eye for details
• Experienced trade marketer
