JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Managing and developing the q-commerce daily operations
• Close coordination with relevant inter-department for the successful and smooth operations of q-commerce business
• Work closely with q-commerce account manager to develop, initiate, execute promotional campaigns that will increase the brand awareness and orders in the online platform.
• Research, analyze and report about the trends and challenges
•  Manage, respond swiftly, and address online client’s concerns properly
• Regular coordination with the retail group to address client’s inquiries
• Prepare the monthly reports and discuss with superior

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Management or related
• With at least 2 years work experience in marketing preferably with e-commerce background
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and writing) skills
• A team player, agile and organized
• Willing to work on-site (Marikina City)
