QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in any 4 year(s) Business course, Engineering, Architecture, or related.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in Site Acquisition/Property Management in a retail industry is an advantage.
• Required Skill(s): Good written and verbal communication.
• Willing to work on field specally in Visayas as part of the role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• • Develop and execute store expansion strategies/plans in line with business priorities.
  • Deep understanding of market, customer and channel trends, issues/opportunities and competitor activity.
  • Identify and implement alternative revenue streams & exploratory initiatives of the company.
  • Explore the best locations for store opening, including market analysis, feasibility study, site visits, and site presentation.
  • Work closely with different teams and lead work plan to achieve target number of store openings.
  • Main point of contact for leasing personnel/owner and tenancy negotiations and discussions with the relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Main person for Contract preparation and other doc.
  • Monitor and guides the Business Dev officer on all of his for acquisition .
  • Assist and provide possible options for permit processes for all permits needed for the opening of the said store.
  • Validates data both external and internal esp. rental rates, performance sales, due diligence of titles, other documents pertaining to the site.
  • Doing field work as part of the job.
