JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage inventory across different locations
• Work closely with the inventory team to ensure consistent stock availability
• Plan and forecast to mitigate risk in the supply of stock
• Identify and drive inventory improvement initiatives
• Process stock movements and adjustments
• Manage expired, obsolete, excess stock as well as returns
• Meet or exceed KPIs in relation to inventory planning and stock management
• Analysis and reporting especially on fixed assets per location
• Monitors and approves movement of inventory from one building to another
• Supervise the daily operations.
• Implement and maintain policies and procedures related to inventory control.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement and support initiatives to optimize inventory capabilities that helps in achieving organizational goal.
• Generate and maintain monthly reports on inventory levels.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in any related business course.
•  At least 2-3 years of experience in an Inventory supervisor position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and social skills.
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Willing to work in Dasmarinas Cavite
