TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Promo Period: May 15, 2025 - June 30, 2025
Participating Stores: All MR.DIY Stores nationwide (750 stores)
Mechanics:

- Participants must spend a minimum of PHP300 on a single receipt at any MR.D.I.Y. outlet within the Promo Period (May 15-June 30, 2025 only)
- Scan the QR code or log in to Google Form
- Complete the online form by filling in all the details: name, email address, mobile number, home address, and details of the receipt, purchase amount and the store where the purchase was made. An email confirmation will be sent to you upon submission.
- Retain original single receipt dated within Promo Period that matches the online entry as proof of purchase.
- Raffle Draw: July 11, 2025 – 4:00 PM

Qualified & Disqualified to Join:
- This promo is open to all residents of the Philippines above 18 years of age (as of 30 June 2025) except for the employees of BRICOLAGE PHILIPPINES, INC., to related companies including employees of promoting agency, advertising agency, and participating stores including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
- Deadline of Submission of Entries: June 30, 2025 – 11:59PM
- Raffle draw to be held on July 11, 2025– 4:00 PM under the supervision of a DTI Representative.
- Venue: 4th Floor Xeland Bldg. Guerilla St. cor, Mayor Gil Fernando Ave. Marikina City, Philippines 1800

Prizes at stake:
- PHP 10,000 cash Educational Fund (5 winners for Luzon)
- PHP 10,000 cash Educational Fund (5 winners for Visayas)
- PHP 10,000 cash Educational Fund (5 winners for Mindanao)
  - (A person is eligible to win only once)

Selection of winners:
- The eligible prize winners will be determined by lucky draw from the total number of qualified entries received during the raffle promo period on July 11, 2025 – 4:00 PM with a DTI Representative
- The eligible prize winner will be contacted via registered email, text message, phone call AND THRU REGISTERED MAIL. Winners to be announced through MR.DIY official Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/mrdiyPH
- MR.DIY Philippines reserves the right to conduct background checks for a maximum period of two (2) weeks to ensure that the winners have followed the mechanics.
- Once MR.DIY has completed the necessary background checks to verify the legitimacy of the winners, an official list of the winners will be published on the official MR.DIY Philippines Facebook page.
- The members of MR.DIY Philippines Marketing Department are the only people who have the right to announce the winners of the grand raffle promo.
- All decisions made by MR.DIY Philippines are final, with the concurrence of the DTI.
- MR.DIY Philippines reserves the right to disqualify anyone who fails to follow instructions.

Claiming of Prizes:
- Winners must submit the following requirements to claim their prize during the awarding:
  - Two (2) Valid IDs with picture and address
  - Receipt matching the submitted winning raffle entry receipt
  - Official text or email notification, printed out notification
    - The winners are required to submit both the original and a photocopy of all the necessary documents.
- The participant is required to produce proof of identity during or prior to prize redemption for purposes of verification. The only forms of proof of identity accepted by the organizer are government ID’s (Passport, Driver’s license, SSS UMID Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, TIN ID, Voter’s ID, PRC ID, Senior Citizen ID).
- Where to claim the prize: Available for redemption at their nearest MR. DIY store
- Redemption Period: Sixty (60) days from receipt of registered notice. Prizes not claimed after the 60 days period will be forfeited in favor of the company with prior DTI approval and may be used as deemed necessary by MR.DIY Philippines.
- If the winner is unable to claim the prize him/herself, a representative must present the necessary documents:
  - A letter of authorization duly signed by the winner, nominating the parent/ legal guardian, or representative as the acknowledged recipient of the prize on the winners’ behalf
  - Two (2) original Valid IDs of the winner with picture and address
  - Two (2) original Valid IDs of the representative/ legal guardian.
  - Original receipt and raffle coupon

Prizes are transferable. Kindly provide an Authorization Letter if you wish to transfer the prize.
Bricolage Philippines to shoulder 20% Tax Prize for prizes exceeding 10,000.
Registration and other related expenses on all prizes (i.e., car) are not included, and must be shouldered by the winners.
Transportation cost for claiming the prizes are NOT included in the prize package and will NOT be shouldered by the company.
Schedule of claiming: Monday – Friday: 10AM – 5PM (Holidays and weekends not included)
By participating in this raffle, participants consent to give their personal information and the organizer reserves the right to publish, use the winners’ names and/or photographs plus their entries for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice and each participant is not entitled to make any claims for the use of their entries by the organizer.
The organizer collects personal identifiable information to provide services or to correspond with the participant. This information is stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the data by the organizer and is used to fulfill the participant’s request(s). By submitting the participant’s personal information, the organizer deems that permission is given to the organizer and/or its authorized agents to use this information for the purpose of present and future marketing and promotional purposes and to improve its products and services. If the participant informs the organizer via the Customer Care Hotline at (02) 8463 0855 that the above information should not be used as a basis for further contact, the organizer will respect the participant’s request. The participant’s information will not be provided or shared with other companies for their use.
By participating in this raffle, participants agree to be bound by the official Terms and Conditions and decisions of the organizer.
