Mechanics:

Participants must spend PHP700 and above in single receipt at any MR.D.I.Y. outlet within the Promo Period (August 1 – 31, 2023 only)

Complete the online form by filling in all the details: name, email address, mobile number, home address, and details of the receipt, purchase amount and the store where the purchase was made. An email confirmation will be sent to you upon submission.
Retain original single receipt dated within Promo Period that matches the online entry as proof of purchase.

Qualified & Disqualified to Join:

This promo is open to all residents of Philippines above 18 years of age (as of 22 June 2023) except for the employees of BRICOLAGE PHILIPPINES, INC., to related companies including employees of promoting agency, advertising agency, and participating stores including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
Deadline of Submission of Entries: August 31, 2023 – 11:59PM
Raffle draw to be held on September 13, 2023 – 4:00 PM under the supervision of a DTI Representative.
Venue: 3A Floor Xeland Bldg. Guerilla St. cor, Mayor Gil Fernando Ave. Marikina City, Philippines 1800

Prizes at stake:

Grand Prize: 4 winners of all expense paid trip to HK Disneyland (round trip airfare + hotel accommodation)
1st Prize: 3 winners of Hisense 50" Smart LED TVs
2nd Prize: 2 winners of Foxter 27.5 Mountain Bikes
3rd Prize: 5 winners of P1000 MR.DIY Gift Vouchers

Each participant is only allowed to win one (1) prize throughout the promo period.
In case the winners get drawn MORE THAN ONCE, the winner is to receive whichever is higher.

Selection of winners:

The eligible prize winners will be determined by lucky draw from the total number of qualified entries received during the contest period on September 13, 2023 – 4:00 PM with a DTI representative.
The eligible prize winner will be contacted via registered email, text message, phone call AND THRU REGISTERED MAIL. Winners to be announced through MR.DIY official Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/mrdiyPH

Claiming of Prizes:

All prizes must be claimed at winners’ own expense until sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notification. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited by the Company sixty (60) days after the date of notification of winnings.
The participant is required to produce a proof of identity during or prior to prize redemption for purposes of verification. The only forms of proof of identity accepted by the organizer are government ID’s (Passport, Driver’s license, SSS UMID Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, TIN ID, Voter’s ID, PRC ID, Senior Citizen ID).

Redemption Period: 60 days from receipt of registered notice. Validity of prize is within six (6) months upon claiming.

Prizes are transferable but NOT convertible to cash. Kindly provide an Authorization Letter if you wish to transfer the prize.
Bricolage Philippines to shoulder 20% Tax Prize for prizes exceeding 10,000.
Schedule of claiming: Monday – Friday: 10AM – 5PM (Holidays and weekends not included)
