This Memorandum seeks to inform the relevant parties of the release of several important policies that will govern our organization's operations and guide our commitment to ethical and responsible practices. These policies include the Human Rights Policy, Sustainable Procurement Policy, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Policy, and Anti-Bribery Policy and Anti-Corruption Policy.

The policies are available on our intranet, and hard copies can be obtained from the Human Resources department upon request.
