Position: Branch Manager
*This position will be in charge of stores around KL & Damansara area

Job Description:

•        Recruiting, training and disciplining store managers
•        Ensuring operational efficiency in each store
•        Setting regional goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections
•        Ensuring that the stores under their supervision adhere to company and industry regulations
•        Ensuring that all stores meet safety and cleanliness standards
•      Managing a regional budget and ensuring that each store operates within the budget
•      Monitoring each store's P&L reports
•       Addressing operational problems that arise
•      Liaising between regional branches and HQ
•       Ensuring that customer service levels are consistent across stores
•      Making recommendations for improvements to senior management

•       Strong background & experience in retail 
•      Preferably 3-5 years experience in retail
•      Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
•         Clear verbal and written communication skill
•      Problem-finding and solving skills, logical and structural thinking
•         Quick thinking, an out-of-the-box thinker & can handle ambiguity and uncertainty
  
•     Must possess own transportation as the position requires travelling
