• Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining good quality of the data.

• Provide Monthly update to the department and management

• Provide support on various ad-hoc project simulation and before-after analysis.

• Assists the department on all kinds of analytical needs

• Involved in operational research to optimize various initiatives taken by the company.

• Developing new models or reports using python and power BI

• Fresh Graduates or with one to two years of working experience.

• Possess Bachelor’s Degree especially software engineering and relevant to mathematics, business analytics, data science, actuarial science, operational research, computer science, business relevant majors.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.

• Excellent logical thinking, analytical thinking, problem solving and conflict management skills.

• Excellent in numeracy, reporting and analytical skills – with great command on MS Excel skills

• Knowing python programming and SQL is a plus

• Strong adaptability, flexibility and initiative
