Job Responsibilities :

1. Update General Information

2. Complete weekly & monthly reporting :
- Sales related
- Stock loss related report
- Manpower efficiency related report
- Expenses control related report

3. Update and publish schedule  :
- New Store
- Relocation/close down store
- Stock Take
- Season Store close/open 

4. Co-ordinate and publish assignment/project :
- Monthly ZZZ Transfer related
- Monthly / Season Promotion related
- PWP 
- Stock Clearance related
- Stock checklist related
- Price change related
- Stock call back related
- Accessory Replacement Order

5. Announcement and co-ordination on stock take result for failure and Stock take incentive achiever
6. Inform of any new sales target to store operation from time to time
7. Inform of any Manpower target to store operation from time to time
8. Follow-up with Area Manager for performance failure report update

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in any field
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English (Spoken & Written)
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office) will be added as advantage
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Must willing to work at MR DIY HQ, Seri Kembangan
