Senior Manager Administration

Job Description:
  • Lead and manage full spectrum of the administration functions, including but not limited to the administrative team, providing guidance, mentorship, and leadership to drive exceptional performance.
  • Analyses and continuously seek process improvements in administration functions.
  • Responsible for the implementation of the company's administrative affairs, the construction of the concept of internal service, and the improvement employee satisfaction.
  • Set goals for the administrative department, implement administrative systems, and develop departmental budgets.
  • Oversee, monitor, and procures relationship related to office operations, including facilities management, office services, agents, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Manage various yearly employee engagement activities to create engaged organization.
  • Overseeing the foreign employees recruitment, passport and permit renewal.
  • Review policies and procedures, and systems under the purview of the Administration department to ensure they are being implemented in accordance to company direction.
  • Implement and maintain administrative policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates on administrative performance to senior management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to administrative management.
  • Oversee travel arrangements, events, and company-wide initiatives, ensuring successful execution.
  • Contribute and implement continuous improvements and new applicable approaches where it deemed fit to drive the department and team members towards a productive work culture.
Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English is a MUST.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and dedication, good organizational and coordination skills and communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders are essential.
  • Experience in lead employee engagement initiatives across a department or organization (offsite planning, conference planning, company-wide events).
  • A deep understanding of administrative processes and best practices.
  • Has strong background in Excel.
