We're Hiring - Management Trainees
The Role : You are hired to be a next generation leader at Mr DIY and will work within 3-4 departments on rotation throughout the first year, before being assigned to the most appropriate team. There will be great learning opportunities in this position as you receive training and exposure to different tasks, roles and deliverables in the high growth environment, along with an assigned mentor. 
Criteria : 
- Degree in Business Administration / Finance / Economics/ similar fields of study with a GPA of 3.5 or equivalent from a credible university.
- Extra-curricular involvement at school / college especially in the areas of of leadership and organisation skills.
- Excellent communication skills & computer knowledge especially in Microsoft office with a technical aptitude for learning new systems. 
- Prior work experience with exposure to retail operations will be considered an advantage.  
- The Selection process may involve few rounds of interviews and presentations to senior leadership for the likely candidates.

Customer Service Executive

Job Description:
  • Handle customer’s phone calls, live chats, web form and emails regarding online merchandise, account management and service orders in a professional manner.
  • Document all customer’s queries, issues and inputs in ticketing system.
  • Track and trace parcels upon customer’s requests.
  • Ensures prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or receive assistance from internal operation team and solve it from our end.
