Job Description

  1. Plan & Monitors training programs and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and makes updates if necessary
  2. Coordinate internal & external training programs, training venue, accommodation, transportation, refreshment, training materials, etc.
  3. Support Training Manager to ensure that key personnel are well trained as per requirement by the Company and Local Authority.

Requirement

  1. Diploma or Bachelor degree in Human Resource/ Management/ Business Studies or equivalent from a recognized college or university.
  2. At least 2 or 3 years of Retailing Management working experience. Preferably executive specializing in Training & Development will be an added advantage.
  3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office & able to develop training module, training slides and conduct training.
  4. Good Interpersonal skill and friendly and must be able to create rapport with employees at all level. Good command oral & written English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  5. Good working attitude, pleasant personality and passion to conduct training.
  6. Fast learner, independent and self -motivated.
